Welcome back to another scrapbook layout. I am so excited to be sharing a new single page layout with you today. Today's layout features a sketch from the Scrap A Sketch group on Facebook. I get many of my sketches from them as not only are the perfect sketches for my style, but they are well organized in the group albums too!

Science Fair Scrapbook Layout
Hey Scrappy Friends! I'm glad to be back today sharing another layout with you. This layout is of our daughter's first time entering the school science fair. We tried to pick a project where she could do 90% of the work, and then just needed help making the board. It definitely showed when parents did the project instead.
I started with a sketch from Sketches in Thyme, but I found it through She's Crafty Mini Paper Pad class. The class is LONG over, but I was determined to finish using the sketches. This was sketch number 8, and I still have 7, 9 and ten to use up. I will admit though I'm not sure you can see the sketch with my final layout.

7th Grade School Photo Layout
Hello again scrappy friends! Thanks for joining me for another layout share. This time, I’m scrapping our son’s 7th grade school photo. I always find school pictures a bit tricky to work with—here, they only offer tiny wallet sizes, 5x7, or 8x10 prints. I would love a 4x6 option!
I started this layout with a sketch from Allison Davis and Scrapbook Generation. I'm fairly certain it came from the 1 photo sketch book, which features layouts with a single photo on a page.
This particular sketch used stars as the main embellishment. I followed that idea—not just because of the sketch—but also because the collection I used didn’t come with many embellishments. When I don’t have a lot to coordinate with, my go-to elements are usually stars and hearts. I’ve got metal die sets in all sizes for both!
The collection I used is Boys Only by Doodlebug, which I believe was released in 2012. Funny enough, I rarely use actual school-themed collections for school photos—I know, it’s a bit odd! But the colors in those collections don’t usually match what my kids are wearing.
I also used this photo and layout as an example of my style for my design team application at The ScrapRoom. If you haven’t heard of them, they offer monthly scrapbook kits and have a great community with a Facebook group and YouTube channel full of inspiration using their products. Definitely check them out!
Another photo documented! My kiddo doesn’t like this one, but I think he looks handsome. That said, he doesn’t look anything like this anymore.
What do you do with your kids’ school photos, if you have any?
Until next time… stay crafty!

Single Page Swim Themed Scrapbook Layout Using Printables
Hey Scrappy Friends! How have you all been? Things have been busy as ever over here in my neck of the woods—kids’ sports are definitely keeping us on our toes!
Today I’m excited to share a layout I created from our daughter’s 10 & Under Championship Swim Meet in 2024. She was so thrilled to place high enough to earn a medal—it was such a proud moment for all of us!
For this page, I used a sketch from Scrapbook Generation. I’m not sure whether it was one of their free sketches or a purchased one, so I won’t share it here just to be safe. If you have any tips for keeping track of which sketches are free vs. paid, I’d love to hear how you organize yours!
For my patterned papers, I mixed two collections: the swim-themed line from Simple Stories and the 50 M Freestyle printable collection by Traci Reed.
One more tip: keep an eye on your child's team or activity Facebook pages. At swim meets, we’re often seated so far from the action that it's hard to get good photos. Most of the shots I used on this layout actually came from our team’s Facebook page!
Thanks so much for stopping by—I hope you enjoyed seeing how this page came together, along with the little tips sprinkled in. Until next time… stay scrappy!
